Giving Hope to Kids!
Cradle Cincinnati
Our vision is that every child in Hamilton County will live to see his or her first birthday. At Cradle Cincinnati, we believe that the only way to achieve this vision is by bringing together partners and families from all over Cincinnati to make real, sustainable change for moms and babies. Your donation will help support the work of Cradle Cincinnati, which includes the following:
Queens Village Cincinnati. Queens Village is a supportive community of powerful Black women who come together to relax, re-power and take care of ourselves and each other. As an initiative of Cradle Cincinnati, Queens Village centers Black women's voices, shifting not only racial disparities in birth outcomes, but the conditions that drive inequity in maternal and infant health. You can learn more about Queens Village at www.blackwomenforthewin.com or on Facebook and Instagram @queensvillagecincinnati.
Cradle Cincinnati Connections. Cradle Cincinnati Connections connects families with the resources they need for healthy pregnancies and healthy families. Our team of community health workers, social workers, nurse and dietitian support families throughout Hamilton County by providing access to baby items and stable housing, access to breastfeeding support and mental health services, and everything in between.
Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative. The Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative is a network of healthcare staff who want to transform the way prenatal care is provided in Hamilton County. More than 20 prenatal care centers are focused on reducing preterm birth, the leading cause of infant death, by ensuring access to early and high-quality prenatal care, helping women quit smoking during pregnancy, and connecting moms-to-be with community health workers.
