Why We Need Your Partnership

A mental health crisis has been growing in Cincinnati—and across the nation. Children and adolescents are struggling with unprecedented levels of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress and other mental and behavioral health conditions. And experts agree that stresses resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic will further impact the mental health and well-being of children and teens.

You almost certainly know a family impacted by a child’s mental illness. Whether the result was the horror of suicide or merely a daily struggle to adapt and persevere, one thing is clear: Families need help.

While other providers are cutting funding or closing mental health programs altogether, Cincinnati Children’s is continuing to invest in this work—to invest in a future where all children can get the support they need to thrive. And we need committed partners.
