Help support the Perlman Center for this year's Cincinnati Walks for Kids! All money raised will help Perlman Center families fund assistive communication technology through the Elli Bennett Memorial Fund.
This fund was created by Elli's parents, Scott and Joy, in partnership with the Perlman Center to honor the memory of their daughter, who passed away at the age of 8 years old on October 19, 2008. Though cerebral palsy prevented her from ever being able to speak, Elli was able to break the silence with the help of assistive communication technology. She found her voice.
The mission of this fund is to give others like Elli an opportunity to find their voice through assistive communication technology. Unfortunately, health insurance does not always cover communication technology-- or families are left with significant out of pocket costs. Help us raise money to make communication technology more affordable for those in need.
Thanks for your support of Cincinnati Walks for Kids and the Perlman Center!
