Help make our fourth annual charity golf outing a success by joining a team and coming out to support #teamsicklecell. Your participation in our event will help raise awareness for sickle cell anemia, and your donation will help fund much needed research for this disease. 
The outing will be held at Avon Fields Golf Course in Cincinnati, on May, 21st 2022. With a 1:30pm shotgun start. Following the outing we will have dinner and award prizes.

Cost - $75/pp

1) Hole Sponsor - $350 – Sign recognition at specific hole designating you as the sponsor and on main banner

2) Hole Sponsor + foursome - $550 - Includes a 4 person team, sign recognition at the hole designating you as the sponsor and on main banner

Your donation may be made at the outing with cash or directly to Children's Hospital by clicking the Donate button on this page. Just bring the confirmation  email showing your donation to the outing as proof of payment. Team sicklecell will reach out to the email you provide to confirm your team members.
